Calamansi, also known as Mapeed, is an indigenous exotic fruit. Its flavor is so unique. Despite its outer appearance and its aroma, the taste of the fruit itself is a mixture of lemon and orange. Several studies from The Department of Agriculture found that Mapeed contains 10% more vitamin C than lemon.

In Chanthaburi, Mapeed is usually found in the backyard.  Mapeed is usually used as an ingredient in local seafood sauce (Nam Prik Kleua), salad dressing, and simply a drink.

Rabbit Chan thinks outside the box by developing a different variety of products from Mapeed such as juice, jelly juice, soap, shower cream, shampoo, lotion, sleeping mask, serum, and the newest product is foot deodorant spray.

Rabbit Chan is also a part of the Participatory Guarantee System (PGS) community, where the farmers do not use chemical insecticides to ensure the safety of its consumers and also lessen the expenses of local farmers, which could give the farmers more earnings.
